At Porsche, the remuneration for pay-scale employees is made up of a basic salary and a performance-based salary. The basic salary is defined by the tasks to be performed and the requirements of the job. The performance-based salary is determined by the individual performance of the employee.

Porsche allows its permanent employees to share in its business success: the company therefore makes a voluntary special payment every year. The amount of the special payment depends on various company key figures and is determined anew every year.

In accordance with the applicable pay-scale regulations, Porsche pays its permanent employees a Christmas bonus of 55% of their monthly salary. For a number of years, this has been voluntarily increased to a full 13th month's salary.

At Porsche, every full-time employee is entitled to 30 days of holiday, which is equivalent to 69% of a month's salary as holiday pay.

Porsche offers its permanent employees, student trainees and interns the opportunity to work remotely, provided that the job and employment area allow it. In principle, up to twelve days of remote work per month are possible, subject to consultation with your superior. With the life phase-oriented working time (flexible working time) model, Porsche employees can adapt their working time to different life situations and to their family and individual needs. Weekly working time can be temporarily reduced to up to 20 hours per week as part of this.
