The automotive industry is changing. In order to stay successful, Porsche continues to develop the way we work in the company. Activities are increasingly handled in cross-functional teams, and project teams are more frequently consisting of a wide variety of specialist departments.

We focus on people. We therefore enable our employees to establish new, flexible ways of working with the Porsche working environments and provide future-proof working methods. The focus is on activity-supporting modules, such as focus rooms, project areas and alcoves, to increase communication, collaboration and creativity. With the new working environments, the focus on activity-based work as well as collaboration and the use of suitable methods and tools, we want to increase individual work performance.
