Culture at Porsche: the focus is on people

The way we work together at Porsche and stick together as a team is unique. Our values of "Herzblut", "Pioniergeist", "Sportlichkeit" and "One Family" stand for our unique corporate culture – and the people who live it every day.

Herzblut

stands for our passion and the enthusiasm with which we fight together day after day for the best solution. We will continue to live the Porsche myth in the future and work with joy and pride on innovative products for our customers.

Pioniergeist

stands for our origin: a small company with a garage scent that has thrilled the world with its sports cars. In the future, Porsche will continue to stand for entrepreneurship and the courage to break new and unknown ground and create sustainable, unique solutions

Sportlichkeit

stands for our attitude: we love challenges, act quickly and are always respectful and fair. In the future, we will continue to measure ourselves against the best, seek competition and maintain flexibility despite strong growth.

One Family

stands for our team, which remains down-to-earth even in times of success. We would like to continue this idea in the future and promote respectful and appreciative cooperation through openness and diversity.

Diversity drives us.

Diversity at Porsche

Porsche is actively committed to diversity and equal opportunities and is convinced that this also serves the interests of the company. After all, a diversity of perspectives leads to new ideas, drives innovation and is therefore a key success factor. Active diversity management enables a better understanding of the market and also leads to greater employer attractiveness.

Networks & Communities

She@Porsche - Porsche Women's Network

With the women's network "She@Porsche", we offer various platforms for personal and professional exchange. This includes specialist lectures, collegial advice and network meetings on the topics of female empowerment, development and insights into the company. We are setting impulses to make the female perspective at Porsche more visible.

Proud@Porsche - LGBTIQ+ Network

Proud@Porsche is an internal LGBTIQ+ Network. The network is committed to lived diversity and tolerance in the company and their visibility. At the same time, we create a protected space for exchange with each other.

Cultures@Porsche - Network for Intercultural Exchange

The Cultures Network has set itself the goal of promoting intercultural exchange and bringing perspectives together. Pulse lectures by impats and expats, language tandems and different networking formats offer a valuable exchange of experiences.

Väter@Porsche - Porsche Network for Fathers

The Fathers' Network offers a platform and exchange opportunity for (expectant) fathers in the company. The network promotes an understanding of today's role as a father and transports the needs of fathers into the company. With regular meetings, impulse lectures and a podcast offer, the exchange of ideas between family fathers in the company is promoted.
