How does Porsche Drive - Subscription work?

Interested members should select their subscription plan of interest (e.g., Single-Vehicle Subscription, Multi-Vehicle Subscription) and apply using the Porsche Drive app. Once approved, a Porsche Drive concierge will work with you to coordinate your first delivery or retrieval.

Single-Vehicle Subscription: Select a Porsche of interest, determine the subscription term (e.g., 1 Month or 3 Months), and follow a few simple steps to complete your sign-up. Once approved, a Porsche Drive concierge will reach out to solidify your subscription start date and confirm your vehicle retrieval location.

Multi-Vehicle Subscription: Select a Subscription Tier (e.g., Launch or Accelerate) and follow a few simple steps to complete your sign-up. Once approved, members can request their preferred Porsche and schedule their delivery, including when and where they would like it delivered, using the Porsche Drive app. A Porsche Drive concierge will deliver the new vehicle, transfer your personal items over to the new vehicle, and ensure you are all set to go. Flip into a new model as often as you would like. Our goal is to ensure you have the perfect vehicle for any occasion.

How does Porsche Drive – Single-Vehicle Subscription and Porsche Drive – Multi-Vehicle Subscription differ?

Porsche Drive – Single-Vehicle Subscription provides members access to a single Porsche vehicle for either a single month (30 days), or a three-month period (90 days), for 2,500 kms per month. Porsche Drive – Multi-Vehicle Subscription provides members access to a fleet of Porsche vehicles with unlimited flips for a month (30 days), for 2,500 kms per month.

What is included in a Porsche Drive - Subscription membership?

Every membership includes rights to a vehicle, insurance, unlimited flips between vehicles and 2,500 km per month, including rollover kms. The concierge team delivers hand-detailed vehicles to any location within the service area. We take care of all maintenance and repairs so you can focus on driving.

Porsche Drive Subscription offers a variety of vehicles across both plans.

How does Porsche Drive - Subscription pick the perfect vehicle for me?

Think of us as your personal vehicle concierge service. Tell us about your needs and we will match them with the perfect ride. Road trip? Special date night? We've got you covered.

How does insurance work?

Insurance is included with all Porsche Drive subscriptions. All approved drivers are covered by the Porsche Drive - Subscription insurance policy. Policy highlights:

  • $5,000,000 liability coverage
  • $2,500 deductible
How long can I keep a vehicle?

As long as you want!

There are no restrictions on how long or how short your flips can be. Occasionally, when a vehicle has been with a member for many weeks, we might need to ask for it back so that we can do routine tasks like preventive maintenance. However, we'll flip you into a fresh vehicle that is similar to the one you have.

How new are the vehicles?

Launch and Accelerate vehicles are the current model year. Each vehicle is detailed before and after it goes to a member.

What is the current Porsche Drive process during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak?

Launch and Accelerate vehicles are the current model year. Each vehicle is detailed before and after it goes to a member.

At Porsche Drive, the health and comfort of our members and employees is our highest priority. We want to assure you that we are doing all we can to ensure proper protocols are in place and followed to mitigate the spread of this virus including the following:

  • We thoroughly clean and sanitize every vehicle before and after each vehicle delivery.
  • Our team, completes a multi-point inspection and cleaning process wherein exterior and interior touch points are deep cleaned and sanitized before being prepared for future deliveries.
  • High touch point areas including, but not limited to steering wheels, door handles, shift knobs, and arm rests will be cleaned with additional attention using disinfecting wipes or spray.
  • We include an amenity kit in every vehicle that includes hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and tissues.
  • Upon your mobile delivery at the location of your choice, our concierge will keep 2 meters apart at all times while leaving the key in the vehicle and waiting until you arrive.

How do I join Porsche Drive - Subscription?

Download our Porsche Drive App here. Follow the instructions to create an account. You will need to provide a credit card, select a plan, provide a picture of your driver's license and submit your driving record. We will verify your information and check your driving history. We may need to speak with you during that process. It most cases we can process your application within a few days. Then we will contact you to get you started and schedule your first flip.

Where is Porsche Drive – Subscription currently available?

Porsche Drive Subscription is live in Toronto, ON; Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Phoenix, AZ and San Diego, CA. Coming soon to Vancouver, BC and Montreal, QC.

If you live outside the service area, we can help you find a convenient place to flip within the service area. However, we do restrict service to members with a home address within a 50km radius.

Who is eligible to join Porsche Drive - Subscription?

Anyone 27 or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

How do I receive my first vehicle?

Once accepted, your Porsche Drive - Subscription concierge will work with you to deliver your first vehicle. We recommend you reserve at least 30 minutes for your first delivery so we can answer any questions and show you the ropes.

What should I do with my old vehicle?

Many Porsche Drive - Subscription members choose to sell their old vehicles. We are happy to help facilitate a quote through a local Porsche Centre. Please email us for further details.

What is the Porsche Drive - Subscription joining fee?

The $750 CAD joining fee is required for all new Porsche Drive - Subscription memberships. The fee is non-refundable and charged when your first delivery is scheduled.

Everyday usage
How well equipped are the vehicles?

The majority of vehicles are equipped with a mid to high-end trim package. We cannot guarantee the availability of certain options.

Are pets allowed in vehicles?

We do allow pets in the vehicles, but they must be transported in a crate. It is better for the vehicle and safer for your pet.

What happens if my vehicle needs repair?

Our goal is that you will never have to worry about maintenance or repair issues. If something unforeseen occurs, use the Porsche Drive App to notify us and we will get you back on the road.

Where can I find the insurance card?

View a digital version of your insurance card under "Your Current Vehicle" on the home screen of your Porsche Drive App. Hard copies of the insurance card can also be found in the glovebox.

What happens if I get into an accident?

First, make sure that everyone is safe, get your vehicle to a safe place, exchange information with the other parties and notify the police. Once the situation is stabilized, call us on our private concierge line. We will bring you a new vehicle and handle everything with respect to the vehicle involved in the incident.

How much advance notice is required for a vehicle flip?

While there is no minimum notice required, the best practice is to book a few days in advance.

What is the minimum commitment to Porsche Drive - Subscription?

Porsche Drive – Single-Vehicle Subscription.

  • One Month Plan | The commitment period is one month.
  • Three Month Plan | The commitment period is three months.

Porsche Drive – Multi-Vehicle Subscription.

  • Launch & Accelerate Tier | Only a 30-day commitment is required. Your membership will automatically renew monthly after the first month. We require a 30-day cancellation notice for members who wish to conclude their subscription.
When is payment due?

A valid credit card is required during sign up. Your first payment will be charged when we confirm delivery of your first vehicle. Subsequent payments will be charged on a monthly basis, in advance. Any additional charges, i.e. for gas, will be charged as soon as the flip ends.

What about fuel?

All Porsche Drive Subscription vehicles are delivered with a full tank of gas. If you flip out of a vehicle without a full tank, your concierge will refill the vehicle and add the charge to your account following your flip. There is no surcharge.

Can I move between the different plans?

Yes, members can move between plans at the end of their current membership month, pending availability.

Can I pause my subscription?

You can pause your account, but there is no guarantee to get back in the program at your desired time, as membership spots are limited at this time. The same 30-day notice period is required as for cancellations.

Is there a usage limit or flip limit per month?
  • Single-Vehicle Subscription: You may drive up to 2,500 kms per month. If you exceed the mileage limitation in any monthly subscription period, you will be charged $1 per excess km. Unused kms from a subscription month will ‘roll over’ to the following month (accrued mileage for your account) for a maximum of two consecutive months.
  • Multi-Vehicle Subscription: You may drive up to 2,500 miles per month. If you exceed the mileage limitation in any monthly subscription period, you will be charged $1 per excess km. Unused kms from a subscription month will ‘roll over’ to the following month (accrued mileage for your account) for a maximum of two consecutive months. While there is no flip limit for Porsche Drive – Multi-Vehicle Subscription members, we require a 24-hour notice in order to ensure that we can reserve and properly deliver your desired vehicle.
Can anyone else drive the vehicle?

Yes, you can add one additional eligible driver to your account.

Are members responsible for their Porsche Drive - Subscription vehicle?

Yes, we expect our members to take care of Porsche Drive Subscription vehicles as if they owned them. Please drive responsibly, keep your vehicle clean and let us know of any minor dings or spills via the Porsche Drive App.

What is the condition of Porsche Drive - Subscription vehicles?

Porsche Drive - Subscription is committed to delivering vehicles that are in excellent condition. To that end, we use technology to ensure that the vehicles are properly maintained and driven responsibly.

What data does Porsche Drive - Subscription collect?
