How does Porsche Drive - Rental work?

Members use the Porsche Drive App to request a vehicle, including when and where they would like it delivered. A concierge will deliver the vehicle and ensure you are all set to go. Our goal is to ensure you have the perfect vehicle for any occasion.

How does Porsche Drive – Rental and Porsche Drive – Subscription differ?

Porsche Drive – Rental is our daily and weekly rental service. Porsche Drive – Subscription is our all-inclusive monthly subscription service. You can find out more about Porsche Drive – Subscription here.

What is included in a Porsche Drive – Rental?

Every Porsche Drive – Rental includes delivery and pick up of your selected vehicle within the service area during your rental period.

What vehicles are available?

Porsche Drive – Rental includes current model year vehicles. Model type and trim are subject to availability. Our Porsche Drive Concierge will ensure you have the perfect vehicle for any occasion.

How new are the vehicles?

Vehicles are of the current model year. Each vehicle is detailed before it goes to a customer.

How does insurance work?

Primary insurance has to be provided by the customer.

How do I book a Porsche Drive - Rental?

Download the Porsche Drive mobile app on IOS or Android. Follow the instructions to create an account. You will need to provide a credit card, provide a picture of your driver's license and submit your proof of primary insurance for rental vehicles. We will verify your information and may need to speak with you during that process. It most cases we can process your application within a few days. Then we will contact you to get you started and schedule your first Drive.

Is Porsche Drive - Rental in my area?

Porsche Drive - Rental is live in Toronto, ON; Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Phoenix, AZ; and San Diego, CA.

Who is eligible to join Porsche Drive - Rental?

Anyone 25 years of age or over with a valid driver's license.

How do I receive my first vehicle?

Once accepted, your Porsche Drive - Rental concierge will work with you to deliver your first vehicle. We recommend you reserve at least 30 minutes for your first delivery so we can answer any questions and show you the ropes.

Everyday Usage
How well equipped are the vehicles?

The majority of vehicles are equipped with a mid to high-end trim package. We cannot guarantee the availability of certain options.

Are pets allowed in vehicles?

We do allow pets in the vehicles, but they must be transported in a crate. It is better for the vehicle and safer for your pet.

What happens if my vehicle needs repair?

Our goal is that you will never have to worry about maintenance or repair issues. If something unforeseen occurs, use the Porsche Drive App to notify us and we will get you back on the road.

What happens if I get into an accident?

First, make sure that everyone is safe, get your vehicle to a safe place, exchange information with the other parties and notify the police. Once the situation is stabilized, call us on our private concierge line. We will bring you a new vehicle and handle everything with respect to the vehicle involved in the incident.

Pricing & Payment
When is payment due?

AA valid debit card is required during sign up. Your first payment will be charged when we confirm delivery of your first vehicle. Subsequent payments will be charged on a monthly basis, in advance. Any additional charges for gas will be charged as soon as the flip ends.

What about fuel?

All Porsche Drive - Rental vehicles are delivered with a full tank of gas. If you change out of a vehicle without a full tank, your concierge will refill the vehicle and add the charge to your account following your flip. There is no surcharge.

Terms of Use
Can anyone else drive the vehicle?

Yes, you can add one additional eligible driver to your account.

Are members responsible for their Porsche Drive - Rental vehicle?

Yes, we expect our members to take care of Porsche Drive - Rental vehicles as if they owned them. Please drive responsibly, keep your vehicle clean and let us know of any minor dings or spills via the Porsche Drive App.

What is the condition of Porsche Drive - Rental vehicles?

Porsche Drive - Rental is committed to delivering vehicles that are in excellent condition. To that end, we use technology to ensure that the vehicles are properly maintained and driven responsibly.

What data Porsche Drive - Rental collect?
