Porsche employs 300 graduatesPanamera and hybrid driven result in higher personnel requirements

Stuttgart. Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart, is to employee 300 new graduate employees in the current year. These personnel requirements result primarily from the development and launch of the four-dour Gran Turismo Panamera, which is to appear on the market in 2009 and the hybrid drive for this vehicle and the sporty SUV Cayenne.

Currently there are approximately 200 open positions at the Porsche locations of Stuttgart, Weissach, Ludwigsburg and Bietigheim. The company wants to recruit particularly engineering, engineering/economics and economics graduates – generally with several years of professional experience. They are to be deployed in vehicle development, quality management, in the areas of procurement, production and logistics as well as sales, marketing and after sales. In addition, highly qualified specialists are required for the management consultant companies Porsche Consulting GmbH headquartered in Bietigheim-Bissingen and Mieschke Hofmann und Partner, Gesellschaft für Management- und IT-Beratung headquartered in Freiberg am Neckar. Together the two management companies employ almost 500 staff and are the most rapidly growing companies in the Porsche Group.
