Short shift travel invites long detours: the 6-speed manual transmission increases precision with sporty gear ratios, fast gear changes, a dual-mass flywheel, and a switchable auto-blip function. The gearshift lever with a laminated, open-pored walnut wood shift knob and the “MT” (Manual Transmission) engraved badge complement the tactile manual shifting experience.

Even sportier design.
The 911 Carrera S with MT Package also shifts up a gear visually: with the SportDesign front fascia and specific front spoiler lip. The optional Carrera S MT exterior package adds many more refined accents: from the white trim around the HD-Matrix Design LED main headlights and the white inserts in the rear air intake grilles, to the gearshift pattern sticker outlined in Guards Red on the rear side window. The door projector even projects the MT shift pattern onto the ground.

Carrera S MT interior package.
The optional Carrera S MT interior package creates an even more contrasting look, for example with the Sport Chrono dial. The seat centre panels feature plaid Sport-Tex with contrast stripes in Chalk, or leather with an embossed “PORSCHE” crest on the headrests. The seat belts and contrast stitching are also finished in Chalk. The trim elements and brushed black aluminum door sill guards further reinforce the sporty character.

The powerful 3.0-litre 6-cylinder flat engine with twin turbochargers will give you goosebumps with its incomparable sound alone. The horizontally opposed construction and the traditional position in the rear end of the vehicle also allows for a low centre of gravity.

Peak performance: 473 hp. Top track speed: 308 km/h. With a maximum torque of 390 lb-ft and a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 s, it's highly unlikely that you will ever want to get out again.

PASM Sport Suspension.¹
With the PASM sport suspension¹, the body sits 10 mm lower than the standard PASM chassis, the springs are stiffer and shorter, and the rear axle of the GTS models has helper springs proven in motorsport – for more athletic spring rates.
