What do Leipzig and Stuttgart have in common?
Pure, unadulterated driving pleasure.
Leipzig and Stuttgart. Two cities with a wealth of history. For Porsche they are even more significant – they are where our vehicles are built. This is where automotive dreams become a reality. To find out how this happens, you can take a tour of both factories. Witness first hand how driving pleasure is created – step by step. And, of course, how it feels – mile after mile.
The first highlight awaits you immediately upon arrival: a tour of the factory at Porsche Leipzig. A little later, you take to the wheel yourself. The route takes you largely along the motorway to Stuttgart, giving you the ideal opportunity to explore the vehicle dynamics of your Porsche. Stop for lunch, before heading to the Wald- und Schlosshotel Friedrichsruhe, a first-rate hotel with spacious spa facilities, where you spend your first night.
The next day starts full of anticipation as you head towards the very origins of the marque – in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen. Take a tour of the factory to witness how a Porsche is assembled. This is followed by a visit to the Porsche museum for a journey through the captivating history of the company.
After lunch, it’s time to take to the driver’s seat again for the drive through the glorious, winding roads of the Odenwald Forest. Your destination for the night: the Schlosshotel Steinburg, which sits in splendour overlooking the city of Würzburg.
The final leg of the tour takes you back through the Thuringian Forest and the Saale Valley. Savour the last few miles of unlimited enjoyment behind the wheel, before arriving in Leipzig where the tour ends.
However, this does not necessarily mean the end of your journey. You can then – or in advance, depending on your choice - take part in a Precision training course organised by the Porsche Sport Driving School or one of the many other exhilarating events on offer at Porsche Leipzig.
