Collecting Your Porsche

Collecting Your Porsche

Factory collection

You may opt to collect your new car from the Porsche factory in Germany; an unforgettable experience that brings the world of Porsche to life in an immediate and unique way. Discovering how and where Porsche cars are meticulously built makes the journey there more than worthwhile.

It is at the wheel on the journey home, however, when you can then really get to grips with your new Porsche, as you travel across Europe through some of the world’s best driving routes, from the high-speed German Autobahn to spectacular, curving mountain roads.

Boxster, Cayman and most 911 models are collected from the Porsche factory in Zuffenhausen near Stuttgart, where the unmistakable, brand new Porsche Museum gives a fascinating insight into pioneering Porsche technology and Porsche motor racing heritage, all exhibited in a revolutionary, monolithic building that features a virtually floating exhibition hall.

Cayenne and Panamera models are assembled at the Leipzig factory, which has its own unique FIA approved test track for that elating first drive. The challenging circuit mimics some of the world’s most famous bends, such as the ‘Parabolica’ from Monza and the ‘Corkscrew’ from Laguna Seca.

Collection from your Porsche Centre

You may decide to collect your car from your Porsche Centre, who will contact you when your car is ready to arrange a convenient time. This appointment will be tailored to meet your precise requirements and a Sales Executive will take as much time as required. You should allow at least an hour for explanation of the car’s controls and functions and any questions you may have about your car, about Porsche technology or the services at your Porsche Centre.

Shortly after you have collected your car, your Porsche Centre will telephone you to see if you have any additional questions and if you want to visit the Porsche Centre for any further explanation or demonstration.

Inside Track

A few weeks after you have collected your Porsche, you will be invited to communicate directly with Porsche through ‘Inside Track’, a website to which you will have private, personal access. You can use Inside Track to provide feedback to Porsche during your Porsche ownership and we will use it to provide information that is relevant to your particular requirements. Alternatively, if you want something from Porsche at any time, access to Inside Track enables you to ask for it directly.
