In the best hands.

A Porsche is unlike any other car. Which is why service at Porsche is unlike any other service. Our technicians are committed to the crest and everything it stands for - just as your Porsche is the result of many years of sportscar development. With every Porsche innovation come new ways of maintaining it. Which means new information, new tools and new training for our technicians. So they are always perfectly prepared. Always correctly equipped. Always ready to take that little bit extra care, and be that little bit more precise.

That’s why your Porsche Centre is where your Porsche will be in the best hands, where you can expect to find people who care about your Porsche as much as you do. And who get as much pleasure from servicing and maintaining your Porsche as you do from driving it.

Specialised bodywork for greater dynamics.

In order to continually refine the legendary Porsche feeling, we are constantly improving each individual vehicle component with a view to series production. We use highly specialised multi-material mix bodies to optimise driving dynamics, performance, and safety.
These multi-material mix bodies consist of a variety of different high-tech materials – including carbon fibre-reinforced plastics (CFRP) – that are able to withstand the local stresses with as little weight as possible. The weight savings are considerable: the body of the current 911 (model 992), for example, weighs around 7% less than that of its predecessor.

While enhancing your Porsche’s performance, revolutionary materials and bonding processes also make body repairs more complex and exacting – requiring refined diagnostic and repair methods. Multi-material bodyshells must not only be measured digitally – to extremely tight tolerances – but also require the use of special tools by specially trained technicians in highly regulated repair processes. In addition, only Porsche Genuine Parts may be fitted to maintain the overall bodywork concept and preserve the integrity, value and safety of your Porsche.

We therefore recommend to carry out body repairs on Porsche vehicles with multi-material technology at Porsche. Our technicians receive regular training in the use of the special tools required and the repair processes tailored to each individual Porsche model. They know your Porsche inside and out from many years of experience to keep it in its original condition.

Our standard: The Porsche standard.

Porsche repair quality means that all work is carried out in accordance with clearly defined procedures, tailored to each individual Porsche model and using only Porsche Genuine Parts to preserve the value, safety and driving characteristics of your Porsche. That is what Porsche reliably provides.

Precise to the millimetre: our measuring and repair technology.

Our workshops have state-of-the-art workshop equipment – for example, an electronic measuring system for precise diagnosis of minor to medium damage. The measuring tolerance is now +/- 1 mm. This enables us to detect even the tiniest cracks and invisible defects in the bodywork.

Porsche Centre E-Performance Servicing

E-Performance sets new standards in e-mobility. For example, using an innovative high-voltage lithium-ion battery allows individual modules to be changed instead of completely replacing the battery – saving money and resources.

This technology requires radical competencies, new diagnosis and repair methods and advanced skills in the Service department. Technicians working at Porsche Centres have experienced training in high-voltage and using special tools. They have expertise in all electric and electronic components in the vehicle, the plug-in hybrid technology, electronic engine management and charging infrastructures.

Personal E-Performance advice

Alongside the development of a growing nationwide charging network, Porsche offers E-Performance customers important information and valuable tips on charging infrastructure and power supply. From the “Home Check” – the basis for an individual charging solution – to the installation of the necessary charging equipment, Porsche offers tailored solutions as part of the Porsche Centre’s premium service concept.

Your Porsche Centre has the know-how, technology and passion to make your Porsche fit for the future.

Dynamic Repair – efficiency and effectiveness.

Repairing a Porsche and maintaining the integrity of its unique characteristics demands expertise, the right materials and tools, and technicians’ skills. Dynamic Repair offers all this, quickly and cost-effectively, for a wide range of minor repairs.

Paint and dent repair

Dynamic Repair techniques often make it possible to treat damaged areas without removing a part or damaging paintwork. Parking dents and hail damage, for example, may be pushed out using special levers. Even major dents can be returned to the original state using Porsche dent removal systems. Using carnauba waxes from Porsche Tequipment, paint can be sealed for protection.

Alloy wheel refurbishment

Superficial paint damage to alloy wheels can be successfully repaired. However, for safety reasons, wheels with damage to the lightweight design of the rim itself should always be replaced.

Interior repair

Wear and tear scuffs, cracks, scratches and burn holes on plastic and leather components can often be repaired. The extent of damage which can be repaired depends on its location. For example, whether it is in an area subject to heavy wear, or close to a seam.
