Stephan Altrichter is new Porsche Chief in BerlinThe management in Germany’s capital is complete once again

Stuttgart. The board of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart, has appointed Stephan Altrichter (45) as new manager of Porsche’s Berlin branch. He will take up his new post on May 1, 2008. Altrichter succeeds Otmar Westerfellhaus, who has left the company at his own request. Detlef Splinter (44) will continue as manager of the Porsche Berlin-
Potsdam branch.

Bernhard Maier, Director of Porsche Deutschland GmbH, says: “We are happy to have acquired in Stephan Altrichter a sales professional with a proven track record, who also has experience as a management and communication consultant. We are convinced that the new management will consistently realize our expansion plans in the Berlin area.”

Stephan Altrichter was born in Nagold in 1962. After studying industrial engineering at the University of Karlsruhe, he worked for Mercedes-Benz AG and Daimler-Chrysler AG in various capacities between 1989 and 1999. From 1995 to1998, he headed the Mercedes-Benz New York branch office. After acting as a consultant for AT Kearney and Bain & Company, he went independent in 2007 as the owner and manager of Northernlights Management GmbH.
