New Cayenne boosts Porsche sales in North AmericaBest June figures in Company history

Stuttgart. Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart, is still on track for success in North America. With a total of 3,451 vehicles sold on its most important sales market in June 2007, the manufacturer of premium sporty vehicles improved on the previous year's high figure of 3,058 units by 13%. Thus, Porsche achieved its highest figure for the month of June in the history of the Company in the USA and Canada. In particular, this performance is thanks to the second generation of the sporty all-terrain Cayenne, which was launched on the American continent in March 2007 and is being excellently received by customers.

In June in North America, 1,269 units of the new Cayenne were delivered, an increase of 57% as against the same month of the previous year. At 1,245 vehicles, sales of the 911 in the past month were down by 7% against the previous year's very high level. 937 units of the Boxster model series were sold in the USA and Canada, 577 of which were Cayman and Cayman S vehicles. Thus, sales of this model series rose by a total of 3% year-on-year.
