Dr.-Ing. Miloš Polášek appointed new head of Porsche Engineering Services, PragueFive years of success for technical analysis and simulation subsidiary

Stuttgart/Prague. Dr.-Ing. Miloš Polášek (35) has been appointed as the new managing director of Porsche Engineering Services s.r.o. (PES), Prague. He is succeeding Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jaroslav Talácko, who passed away in March at the age of 64. PES Prague primarily operates in the area of technical analysis and simulation, for both its own development and that of customers of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart. Furthermore, Polášek is a lecturer in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University in Prague.

Porsche and TU Prague have been working together closely since 1996. In 2001, the successful cooperation between industry and science led to the founding of PES Prague, in which Prof. Talácko played a key role. Since 2005, to help further improve relations between the two partners, the three best dissertations by students at the Technical University of Prague each year are presented with the "Porsche Engineering Award".

PES Prague is a wholly owned subsidiary of Porsche Engineering Group GmbH (PEG), Weissach, which manages and markets the global customer development of Porsche AG.
