A design that unites traditional and modern. That ensures more dynamism on the road. And causes a sensation for everyone who follows the 911.
Design DNA.
Typically 911: the long, flat bonnet, the steeply inclined windscreen and the roof line that slopes gently down towards the rear. The wings are more clearly shaped, the rear is powerful and clearly emphasises the horizontal.
Light strip.
The seamless light strip with LED technology between the three-dimensional LED taillights characterises the appearance of all 911 models. And makes them unmistakable, even at night.
Targa bar.
An eye-catching and defining element of the 911
Wheels.
Agile and progressive: the 911 also appears particularly athletic due to the different wheel sizes at the front and rear. The up to 20/21-inch wheels offer more stability and comfort with the larger diameter on the rear axle.
Front headlights.
The shape and position of the main headlights are also reminiscent of the first 911 generations. The latest LED technology is used inside them.
Bonnet.
The bonnet with its characteristic dynamic recess profiles – and its straight slope to the front apron – is a reference to the earlier 911 models.
Door handles.
The door handles are partially recessed, allowing them to blend extremely discreetly into the car's image.

* Data determined in accordance with the measurement method required by law. Since September 01, 2017 certain new cars have been type approved in accordance with the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP), a more realistic test procedure to measure fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions. From September 01, 2018 the WLTP will replace the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC). Due to the more realistic test conditions, the fuel consumption and CO₂ emission values determined in accordance with the WLTP will, in many cases, be higher than those determined in accordance with the NEDC. This may lead to corresponding changes in vehicle taxation from September 01, 2018. You can find more information on the difference between WLTP and NEDC at www.porsche.com/wltp.
Currently, we are still obliged to provide the NEDC values, irrespective of the testing method used. The additional reporting of the WLTP values is voluntary until their obligatory use. As far as new cars, which are type approved in accordance with the WLTP, are concerned, the NEDC values will therefore be derived from the WLTP values during the transition period. To the extent that NEDC values are given as ranges, these do not relate to a single, individual car and do not constitute part of the offer. They are intended solely as a means of comparing different types of vehicle. Extra features and accessories (attachments, tyre formats etc.) can change relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics and, in addition to weather and traffic conditions, as well as individual handling, can effect the fuel consumption, electricity consumption, CO₂ emissions and performance values of a car.

PTV Plus is a system intended to improve driving dynamics and stability. It works with a precise application of the brakes on the rear wheels and a rear differential lock. For increased stability, outstanding traction and high agility at any speed.
Chassis systems.
More – of everything. The chassis systems optimise the vehicle features of the 911 and make it even faster, more agile and more comfortable.
Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM).
PASM is an electronic damping control system that actively and continuously controls the damping force, depending on the road conditions and driving mode, for each individual wheel. For more comfort with increased dynamics.
PASM sports suspension.
With PASM sports suspension, the body is lowered a further 10mm in relation to the PASM chassis. The springs are harder and shorter, the anti-roll bars on the front and rear axles are stiffer. Rear-axle steering.
Rear-axle steering enhances performance and suitability for everyday use in equal measure; by improving the handling during low-speed manoeuvres and making manoeuvres and turns easier. At the same time, the rear-axle steering gives significantly more driving stability during high-speed manoeuvres.
Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC).
PDCC is an active roll stabilisation system. It suppresses lateral body movement when cornering dynamically. For improved dynamic performance, even more neutral handling and increased ride comfort – whatever the speed.

Sports steering wheel.
The multifunction Sports steering wheel allows for the direct, comfortable use of audio, telephone and navigation functions. Rocker switches ensure short shift throws and fast, precise gear changes. On the GT sports steering wheel, additional thumb rests and a top centre marking show its 911 motorsport genes.
Sports seats.
The 911 sports seats are comfortable and provide support even during dynamic cornering manoeuvres. The Sports seats Plus have an even sportier design. Here firmer side bolsters on the seat cushions and backrests increase lateral support. Another benefit: the fully electric seat adjustment with Memory Package for both seats – more comfort for driver and passenger.

The main headlights and taillights of 911 models are fitted with cutting edge LED technology. For fast responsiveness and powerful illumination. An unusual feature of all 911 models: the four-point daytime running lights and dipped beam, and the seamless light strip at the rear.
The LED headlights with matrix beam technology deactivate specific segments of the permanent main-beam cone so as not to blind oncoming traffic or cars in front of you. The areas in between and next to them are fully illuminated. The electronic cornering lights illuminate the curves optimally by switching individual LEDs on or off.
Your surroundings at a glance.
A rare luxury these days: being able to concentrate exclusively on what's directly in front of you. The open road. Or the next corner. The 911 provides you with support in the form of multiple assistance systems which allow you to remain truly in the moment.
Porsche InnoDrive including adaptive cruise control.*
Thanks to high-precision navigation data,
* The assistance provided by
Adaptive cruise control.
The system adapts the speed of your 911 depending on the distance to vehicle in front of you. If you approach another vehicle that is travelling slower than your selected cruising speed, the system slows the engine or gently applies the brakes. Even down to a halt. As soon as the road ahead clears, your 911 will accelerate back up to the cruising speed originally set.
Lane Keeping Assist including traffic sign recognition.
Lane Keeping Assist eases the burden on you by providing steering assistance, helping to keep the vehicle in lane. Traffic sign recognition displays speed limits, ‘no overtaking’ zones and indirect information, such as boundary signs, in the instrument cluster. The cornering notification displays an arrowed direction warning on the instrument cluster, alerting you to tight corners. Long before you reach them.
Night Vision Assist.
Night Vision Assist uses an infrared camera to detect pedestrians and large wildlife before they are illuminated by the headlights. A thermal image in the instrument cluster warns the driver.
Porsche Wet-Mode.*
With ‘Wet’ mode, the 911 uses an innovative system that aids you when driving in the wet. If the sensors in the front wheel housing detect wet roads, the system will recommend switching to ‘Wet mode’. The chassis control systems and the responsiveness of the drivetrain will then be adapted to the circumstances.
* The ‘Wet’ driving programme is not a substitute for adopting an appropriate driving manner in different road and weather conditions, and is, at the most, an aid for the driver.
Remote ParkAssist.
Remote ParkAssist combines a number of intelligent functions, such as remote parking. It makes it easier to enter and exit parallel and perpendicular parking spaces, as well as garages, using your smartphone. This Active Parking Assistance automatically detects parking spots and independently steers the vehicle backwards and forwards – supervised by the driver.
