Law enforcement seeking emergency assistance with vehicle tracking may contact our third party partner managed Hotline at 1-855-826-7500 (available 24/7). The following information must be provided:
Vehicle VIN
Police report number
Police department contact name and badge ID.
PLEASE NOTE:
Model Year 2013 and older vehicles cannot be tracked. Please do not contact the Hotline about MY2013 and older vehicles.
Tracking capability of Model Year 2014 and newer vehicles varies by model, and optional equipment chosen by the original purchaser. Tracking capability of certain vehicles is further affected by a telecommunication provider’s decision to sunset 3G cellular networks. Consequently, many Model Year 2014 and newer vehicles cannot be tracked.
The Hotline will confirm if the Model Year 2014 and newer vehicle you are calling about is capable of being tracked.
