Your nominated Porsche Centre will usually be best placed to assist you. As independently owned and operated businesses, Porsche Centres are responsible for matters relating to your vehicle purchase, servicing, and any agreements entered into directly with them. Their management team should therefore be your first point of contact.

In most cases, your Porsche Centre will manage your concern or complaint directly with you. Porsche Cars Great Britain remains available to support where appropriate and may review your case, liaising with the Porsche Centre on your behalf if required.

If you wish to contact Porsche Cars Great Britain, our Customer Relations Hub is the central point of contact for customer enquiries, feedback and complaints. The team works closely with Porsche Centres and other business areas across Porsche Cars Great Britain to help ensure customer concerns and enquiries are reviewed and addressed appropriately. 

If your concern remains unresolved, you may escalate your case for resolution by The Motor Ombudsman.
