Can I bring any car to the event or does it have to be a Porsche?
You can bring any car to the event. On-site display parking within the Porsche Experience Centre is available via Porsche Club GB.
Where do I park if I don’t have display parking?
Since this event is a celebration of all things Porsche, the public car parks will undoubtedly form a display in their own right. Car parks 50 and 51 within the Silverstone Circuit will be made available as public parking, with shuttles running regularly.
Is the public parking suitable for supercars?
Yes, this car park is hardstanding, making it suitable for all vehicles.
Does any money go to Charity?
Porsche are committed to their chosen charity and ensure support throughout the year for which Sunstede will contribute to our donations.
Where is the event actually taking place?
The event will take place mainly at the Porsche Experience Centre on Hangar Straight where you will be able to view the track agenda.
Is the event accessible for people with a mobility impairment?
Sunstede is committed to making everyone’s experience as enjoyable and accessible as possible. Please do consider that Sunstede is an outdoor event with grass fields and grounds with gradients/uneven surfaces and whilst we have made a great effort to provide facilities to accommodate for this there will invariably be some areas that are hard to navigate.
What cars will be on display?
This is a full celebration of all things Porsche, in recognition of 75 years since the first Porsche was imported into the UK. We are also celebrating 75 years of Motorsport globally, and 65 years of Porsche Club so you can expect a myriad of vehicles to view.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Food and drink will be available to purchase on event, with drinking water stations across the site.
Can I bring my dog/pet?
Unfortunately not, we're restricted to Silverstone Circuit rules around certain elements such as for pets. Assistance dogs are allowed, but they have to follow a process and notify Silverstone at least 2 weeks in advance of the event. More information of this process can be found here.
Can I drive on the circuit?
The GP circuit has curated content for your viewing pleasure and is therefore not available to drive on. The Porsche Experience tracks will be used for parking and the main event, but will be available year round to book a driving experience.
Where are the terms and conditions?
The terms and conditions of the event can be located at the end of this page.
What time is the event?
The event will open at 12:00 and run until 18:00 – shuttles will start from the main entrance when the event formally opens.
