About Porsche Taiwan

Established in 2018, Porsche Taiwan marks its 5th Anniversary in 2023. As one of the youngest subsidiaries of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, a successful luxury automotive manufacturer for performance sportscars, it has quickly emerged as a pioneering force in the local automotive industry. The company has an impressive presence in the Taiwanese market with over 70 professional employees with diverse talents, and a total of 3 dealer partners (Pan-German Universal Motors, Suntek Motor, and Prestige Motors) and 11 Porsche Centres and Porsche Studios (Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Taichung, Tainan, and Kaohsiung) that deliver excellent products and services.

Inspired by Ferry Porsche’s famous saying, "I couldn't find the sportscar of my dreams, so I built it myself," Porsche Taiwan has achieved several significant milestones and brought numerous dreams to life over the past five years. The company has instituted comprehensive and user-friendly charging infrastructures before its first electric sportscar, the Taycan, launched locally. As of today, Porsche Taiwan has 29 Turbo Chargers in14 locations, and 201 Destination Chargers among 86 locations island-wide.

For the past 75 years, Porsche has been pursuing dreams on and off the racetrack. Ever since the very first sportscar bearing the Porsche name hit the road in 1948, a legendary brand was born. This year, Porsche Taiwan has adapted the “Driven by Dreams” brand purpose by celebrating its many significant moments through a series of special festivities. 2023 also marks the 60th birthday of the Porsche 911. As the most iconic model embodying the brand’s rich heritage, the rear-engined sportscar synonymous to outstanding dynamics, unmatched performance, and sheer driving pleasure will be commemorated for six decades of exquisite craftsmanship, timeless silhouette, and irreplaceable appeal.

Continuing its commitment to the "Dreamers. On." mentality, Porsche Taiwan will remain dedicated to supporting dreamers in the fields of arts and athletics. Through partnerships such as P. League+, a Taiwanese men’s professional basketball league, Porsche Taiwan believes it can inspire and empower passionate youth to pursue their dreams and explore the world.

As a devoted member of the local automotive community, Porsche Taiwan believes in assuming responsibility towards people, the environment, and society. The Dream Together CSR program has begun in 2019. In collaboration with BOYO Social Welfare Foundation, over 2,200 students have benefited as a result. In 2020, Porsche Taiwan expanded its commitment to sustainability by partnering with the Society of Wilderness to contribute to the betterment of the community in which it operates.

Turning to the next chapter of its success story, Porsche Taiwan is redefining the concept of Modern Luxury by combining luxury with sustainability and social commitment. Following Porsche AG’s footsteps, electromobility is at Porsche Taiwan’s top priority in terms of product development. However, the brand’s innovative “Double-E” approach also strives for carbon-neutrality for billions of existing ICE-powered vehicles through industrializing “e-Fuels,” fuel-alternatives that are determined to achieve sustainability without sacrificing performance and exacerbating climate change. The project’s pilot phase has begun at its Chilean plant in December 2022.
