1PS (PferdeStärke, German for horsepower) is the standard unit used in the European Union to measure the power output of a motor in ‘metric horsepower’.

2The published consumption (l/100km and Wh/km) emissions (g/km) and kilometre (km) range figures are determined by Porsche AG testing in accordance with ADR 81/02 (including ECE -R101R) on test vehicles. Actual figures will vary as they are dependent on many factors, including without limitation: individual driving style, road and traffic conditions, environmental conditions, fuel quality, a vehicle’s or battery’s condition, load and use. Extra features and accessories (eg: equipment, wheels or tyres used etc.) can change relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics and can also affect the consumption, emission, range and performance values of a vehicle. For hybrid or electric vehicles, published charging times (hour/minutes) are estimated using the vehicle’s charging equipment and European charging facilities, with the battery temperature in optimum condition. CO2 emissions can also be generated at the power source when vehicles are being recharged, unless 100% renewable energy is used. Generally, consumption, emissions, kilometre range and charging times will vary from the published figures in real world New Zealand driving and charging conditions. Published figures should only be used for the purpose of comparison between vehicles. Active aeroblades.

One notable feature of the Cayenne Turbo is its active aeroblades, positioned on the right and left sides of the rear end. As part of Porsche Active Aerodynamics (PAA), they optimise the aerodynamic properties together with the adaptively extending rear spoiler and the adaptive cooling air intake flaps. They extend from 55 km/h and retract below 35 km/h. One emotional detail: the GPS coordinates of the Porsche wind tunnel featured on the aeroblades.

Easy fast charging.

Long range, short charging stops: the Cayenne charges on the go with typical Porsche performance and also, if desired, with superior comfort at home.

Porsche Wireless Charging System.¹

As the first electric vehicle with inductive charging, the Cayenne also sets new standards in convenience when charging at home. Thanks to the inductive vehicle and floor plate of the Porsche Wireless Charging System, all you have to do is park the vehicle over the charging plate. The charging process with up to 11 kW starts automatically – and ends automatically when you leave.

1Available as an optional extra.

Two electric charge port doors.

The Cayenne has an AC charging port on both sides of the vehicle for easy access. This allows it to be charged at home, for example, using a Wallbox with a charging capacity of up to 11 kW¹.

The charging port for powerful DC charging stations is located on the left-hand side of the vehicle. Both charging flaps can be opened electrically using a hand gesture or via the central display.

1Optional upgrade to up to 22 kWh from spring 2026.

Charging Planner.

With active route guidance, the Porsche Charging Planner helps you travel long distances without unnecessary delays. The system plans charging stops along the route and calculates charging times based on your driving profile and battery status. It also regulates the pre-conditioning of the battery before you arrive at the charging stop, optimising the charging power and reducing the total travel time.

Being responsible.

Technical graphic of the Porsche Cayenne Turbo.

Aluminium for weight-saving. Manufactured with reduced CO₂ emissions.

Porsche relies on the use of aluminium for lightweight construction and for performance reasons. The climate impact of the Cayenne Turbo Electric has been significantly reduced by using over 400 kg of aluminium – more than half of the aluminium used – from recycled material and/or CO₂-reduced primary aluminium.
