QAF Eurokars wins 2017 Porsche Service Excellence Award


Porsche Centre Brunei, QAF Eurokars Sdn Bhd, has added yet another milestone to its impressive record, achieving the 2017 Porsche Service Excellence Award from Porsche Asia Pacific. The accomplishment is yet another proof of Porsche Centre Brunei’s commitment in providing a best-in-class Porsche ownership experience to its customers.

The awards presentation was held recently in Mallorca, Spain. Receiving the award on behalf of Porsche Centre Brunei was After Sales Manager of QAF Eurokars Lahiru de Silva.

“This latest achievement complements the recent successes which Porsche Centre Brunei has attained due to a strong work ethic and its highly qualified and motivated team members,” de Silva said.

Among other criteria, the Porsche Service Excellence Award takes After-sales processes and the overall customer experience into account. Porsche Centre Brunei was awarded the accolade due to the team’s competency to offer quality, innovative services and the drive to satisfy every Porsche customer completely in order to gain their confidence and loyalty.

The standard-setting programme was established to recognise and celebrate excellence in overall Aftersales performance in Porsche Centres across the globe. The initiative is part of the brand’s effort to identify and reward outstanding service performances of Porsche Centres which live up to Porsche’s traditions of excellence delivered in part through the brand’s unrivalled commitment to best-in-class customer service.

Porsche Centres are evaluated by a KPI-based system that includes the measurement of After-sales performance and service customer satisfaction. Porsche Brunei was among the winners from around the world in the Porsche Service Excellence Award competition, while securing first place in the Asia Pacific region.
