Porsche Norge AS («Porsche Norge» eller «vi») arbeider aktivt for at menneskerettigheter og regler om anstendige arbeidsforhold, slik de fremgår av internasjonale konvensjoner, norsk lovgivning og Porsches interne retningslinjer, blir ivaretatt i vår egen virksomhet og blant våre leverandører og forretningspartnere.
Åpenhetsloven 2022 skal sikre allmennheten tilgang til informasjon om hvordan vi jobber med dette temaet. I henhold til Åpenhetsloven 2022 og OECDs veileder for aktsomhetsvurderinger for ansvarlig næringsliv, vil vi gjennomføre aktsomhetsvurderinger for å identifisere og håndtere potensiell negativ innvirkning på menneskerettigheter og anstendige arbeidsforhold. Aktsomhetsvurderingen kan oppsummeres i seks trinn som illustrert.

Norwegian Transparency Act
Porsche Norge AS ("Porsche Norge" or "we") actively works to safeguard human rights and decent working conditions in our own business and with our business partners, including suppliers, as they are set out in international conventions, Norwegian legislation and Porsche's internal policies.
The Norwegian Transparency Act of 2022 ensures the public's access to information regarding how we work with these matters. Following the guidelines set out in the Norwegian Transparency Act of 2022 and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Business Conduct, we will implement a due diligence process to identify and address any potential negative impacts on human rights and decent working conditions. The due diligence assessment can be summarized in six steps as illustrated.
