Please note that the Porsche Museum will be closed from 18 January until and including 1 February 2027 due to refurbishment works. We look forward to welcoming you back during our regular opening hours from 2 February 2027.

When the last visitors have left, the Porsche Museum opens up to you and your friends or colleagues for a truly unique evening. The museum opens exclusively for you, creating the perfect setting for an unforgettable evening. Start the evening together with a drink and finally explore the fascinating world of Porsche with your personal guide – including the special exhibition “Raceborn – 75 Years of Porsche Motorsport.”
The exclusive evening tour starts at 6:30 PM, is available in German or English, and is limited to a maximum of 25 people. Only one tour takes place per evening – book your preferred date now!
Forever Young. Celebrating Transaxle
With “Forever Young. Celebrating Transaxle”, the Porsche Museum marks 50 years of a sports car era that still stands for clean lines, progress and innovation today. Staged presentations in the museum, featuring changing pop-ups and fresh perspectives, convey the spirit of the 1980s: a time defined by technological advancement, stylistic freedom and cultural impact. Neon colours, design and the zeitgeist merge into a journey back to the future—turning transaxle into a defining attitude for a generation.
Look forward to two days dedicated to the passion of Porsche Transaxle models: At the Transaxle Meet, drivers, enthusiasts and owners of the Porsche 924, 928, 944 and 968 gather at the Porsche Museum. Alongside a wide variety of vehicles and an exciting supporting programme, the event focuses on bringing together and connecting the Transaxle community.

Motorsport-Talks
On five evenings each year, the Porsche Museum invites visitors to motorsport talks which will be held in German. Guests discuss topics including historic racing cars, Formula E and the work behind the scenes in motorsport.

Special Exhibition “75 Years of Porsche Motorsport"
Courage, pioneering spirit and an uncompromising will to win: for around 75 years, Porsche has been writing motorsport history. It all began in 1951 at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, when a factory-prepared Porsche 356 SL, entered by a customer team, claimed a class victory – the starting point of a unique success story.
The special exhibition “75 Years of Porsche Motorsport” invites visitors on a journey through time: from the very first racing kilometres and legendary victories to the present day of international motorsport. Experience the spirit that continues to drive Porsche – on and off the race track.
