On its quest for excellence in providing the best in Customer Relations, Porsche Centre Lebanon s.a.l offered all its front office employees a customer care coaching at the Gefinor Rotana hotel, Hamra, Beirut on July 2nd 2011. Samir Zehil from Wydner Coaches made the presentation to attendees explaining the keys to having good professional and personal relations.
