Porsche Centre Kuwait’s Marketing and Aftersales excellence recognized for the third time

Porsche Centre Kuwait, Behbehani Motors Company, has been recognised for its unfaltering commitment to After Sales services and innovative Marketing at the 2014 Porsche Service Excellence and Marketing Excellence awards. Accredited by Porsche Middle East and Africa FZE, the regional office for the sports car manufacturer, both awards recognise the work carried out by Porsche organisations across the region in relation to key aspects of the customer journey.

The 2014 award marks the third year that Porsche Centre Kuwait has been ranked as the top Porsche Centre across the Middle East, India and Africa for providing customers with best-in-class After Sales service practices. The region-wide evaluation is measured against the brand’s Customer Satisfaction Index, which incorporates direct feedback from customers, personnel training and certification, access to state-of-the-art facilities and service advisors who meet the brand’s unrivalled industry standards. By implementing exceptional post-purchase customer service at the heart of its operation, the team at Porsche Centre Kuwait were able to provide guests with a transparent, efficient and high quality After Sales offering.

This is also the third year that Porsche Centre Kuwait has been credited with the Marketing Excellence Award in recognition of its creative approach to promoting the Stuttgart based manufacturer’s range of segment leading sports cars.

The Marketing Excellence Award highlighted the team’s ability to implement marketing strategies which generated interest and engaged with customers, as well as brand enthusiasts throughout Kuwait. In the year of introducing the all-new Macan and the latest evolution of the Cayenne, the team at Porsche Centre Kuwait successfully implemented a range of innovative marketing initiatives, including a roadshow which saw Porsche’s newly introduced compact SUV, the Macan, presented at various locations across the country. This activity culminated in a first of its kind public model display inside a top luxury retailers’ store.

Further showcasing its dedication to providing opportunities to experience the brand, Porsche Centre Kuwait also organised a series of Test Run events in 2014, which gave 200 Porsche enthusiasts the chance to experience Porsche’s latest innovations in performance, safety and comfort first hand.
