As a direct entrant, you will learn on the job, immediately taking on demanding tasks in the areas of research and development, production and logistics, marketing and sales, finance and IT, procurement, or human resources and social affairs, following an individually tailored induction.
You will be in regular contact with your colleagues and superiors, who will support you, help you by sharing their experience and getting you involved in the thrill of Porsche right from the start.
The flat hierarchies within the company allow short paths of communication and decision-making, as well as pragmatic solutions for problems that arise.
