In principle, doctoral studies can be pursued in almost all areas of the company, with the focus being on the Porsche Development Centre in Weissach.
You can put your scientific knowledge to the test in vehicle development projects or method projects, in the areas of lightweight construction, vehicle performance, driver assistance or electric mobility to name just a few. We offer a variety of different fields of employment.

Your doctorate is generally done at a university, while we stand by your side as a reliable practical partner. With the Porsche doctoral network, we bring you into contact with other doctoral students as well as with departments and superiors. During the course of various events, you will be able to network personally and professionally. From the very beginning, you will be fully integrated into your area of employment and will be part of the team.
The duration of the doctorate is two years (extension to three years is usually possible).
