New Financial Director at the Plant in LeipzigChange in Management at Porsche in Spain

Stuttgart. Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart, is appointing new top managers at Porsche Ibérica, the company’s sales subsidiary in Spain, and with Porsche Leipzig GmbH, as of the end of the year. Dr. Joachim Lamla, 44, is moving from Madrid to Leipzig, Tomás Villén, 44, is joining Porsche from Seat.

Lamla has been with Porsche since 1995, ever since completing his studies of business management. He has been responsible for sales in Spain and Portugal since 2003. Preparing for the market launch of the four-door Panamera Gran Turismo, he has consistently developed and upgraded the dealer network in both markets. With 25 Porsche Centers now operating in Spain and five in Portugal, Porsche Iberica has set up new sales records under Lamla’s responsibility with the three model series available so far, the 911, the Boxster and Cayman, and the Cayenne.

Tomás Villén is now taking over responsibility for Porsche’s sales company in Madrid. Born in Spain, Villén has gained experience in various positions in the automotive industry since the late ’80s. In the last two years Villén was the Managing Director of Seat Motor Espana.

Lamla is taking over the function of the Financial Director of the Leipzig Plant from Udo Cervellini, 64, who is now retiring after 38 years with Porsche.
