Porsche Engineering: Change in ManagementMalte Radmann New Chairman of the Executive Board, Dirk Lappe New Technical Director

Stuttgart. Malte Radmann was appointed Chairman of the Executive Board of Porsche Engineering Group GmbH and Porsche Engineering Services GmbH, Weissach, on October 1, 2009. In these two subsi-
diaries of the Stuttgart based sporty premium vehicles manufacturer
Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, he followed Dr. Peter Schaefer, who took over the management of the main division Chassis Development.

Radmann has already been a member of the Executive Board of these two subsidiaries and head of the commercial departments, which he will continue to manage. Dirk Lappe, who has been in charge of the area Electrics/Electronics Development at Porsche Engineering since 2002, is also joining the management team as Technical Director.

Porsche Engineering provides worldwide development services, mostly for automobile manufacturers and suppliers. The company supports customers throughout the entire process of automotive product creation in the development of components, systems, modules and complete vehicles. Even working on small components, the engineers in Weissach always focus on the complete vehicle due to Porsche's expertise as a series car manufacturer.
