The Porsche Museum extends the range of products in its shopBooks from our in-house publisher available alongside shirts and t-shirts

Stuttgart. The Museum of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart, can now offer visitors a new wardrobe too: housed within the architecture of the imposing building, the Museum shop offers black polo shirts and white t-shirts bearing the Museum log. Baseball caps in the same colors complete the collection. The women's line harks back to historic adver-
tising: the advertising poster, "I too prefer Porsche", used as part of a campaign for the Porsche 356 B in 1960, now adorns lilac and pink t-shirts. A men's sports shirt from the era of the Porsche 356 has been added to the new range. The "356 Workshop Shirt" is printed with the Porsche typeface from the 50s, yet also has small yet practical refinements from today. The shirt pocket does not have a button, to allow something like the technical specifications "Models - Dimensions - Tolerances", an aid for mechanics in the 50s, to be stored easily about the person.

As well as sports outerwear, the Porsche Museum has also expanded its attractive range of literature with in-house publishing, "Edition Porsche-
Museum". It has already produced its own DVD and two book titles. The DVD "The Porsche Way", available in German and English, presents the entire history of the sports car manufacturer in two and a half hours, from the very beginning to the present. Previously unpublished photos and documents from the company's archives give readers of the books "Die Autos" [The Cars] and "Ferdinand Porsche und der Volkswagen" [Ferdinand Porsche and the Volkswagen] a new insight into the successful vehicle developments from Porsche.

Alongside small items such as key rings, buttons, posters, postcards and metal advertising boards, the Museum also has a selection of miniature vehicle models for model fans. Complete the whole collection with the "Nummer 1", the 1948 Porsche 356 and the 911 2.0 Coupé from 1964 in 1:18 scale. For its younger visitors, the shop offers a range of games, model kits and model cars.
