Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals WonPorsche Films Meet with Success at New York Festival

Stuttgart. Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart, won a total of six prizes at the internationally renowned New York Film Festival. Every year, the festival awards prizes which include awards for the best films and videos in the industrial sector.

The jury did not face a tough decision in the Transport/Sales category: the Boxster and 911 were so convincing on the big screen that Porsche won the first three prizes. The 911 technology film "Moments" ("Augenblicke") took the gold, the silver medal was won by the film on the new Boxster "Where Sport Begins" ("Wo Sport beginnt") and the bronze was awarded to the 911 film "Don't Forget" ("Nicht vergessen"). Furthermore, the film "Sport in Numbers" ("Sport in Zahlen"), which presents the Boxster's technical highlights, was awarded a special prize in this category.

In the category Transport/Public Relations, the image film "Nonetheless" ("Trotzdem") – winner of the German Business Film Prize 2005 – also won the silver medal in New York. The special prize in this category went to the film "Precision Work" ("Millimeterarbeit"), which portrays the development of the 911.

The films were produced in cooperation with advertising agency Klaus E. Küster (Frankfurt), C.3 Produktionshaus (Frankfurt) and Radical Images Filmproduktion (Cologne).
