COVID-19: Information on the protection measures at the Porsche Museum Dear Visitors,

due to the increased incidence values, Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG decided to close the museum until further notice to protect its guests and employees. As a result, no factory or museum tours are currently offered. We ask for your understanding. We will inform you on our website as soon as guided tours are available again.

  • Porsche Drive: As of May 11, 2021 back for you
  • Porsche Museum Shop: As of May 17, 2021 opened with "call and collect". More information attached below.
  • Coffee bar: closed
  • Christophorus restaurant: closed
  • “Boxenstopp” bistro: From March 29, 2021, food and drinks can be ordered for collection

We are very pleased to be able to offer you a "call and collect" service starting May 17, 2021 in the museum shop and in the Weissach factory shop. This will be available for you Monday to Friday.

Please note the following information:

  • To order goods and make an appointment for collection, please call our shops.
  • You can only pay by credit or debit card, unfortunately we cannot accept cash.
  • only goods that have been pre-ordered by telephone may be purchased.
  • we are not allowed to offer you the opportunity to try on or inspect the goods.
  • You are only allowed to enter the shops to pay, not to select other products, our colleagues in the shops will be happy to advise you over the phone.
  • Please wear an FFP2 or medical mask to pick up the goods and comply with the applicable distance and hygiene regulations for infection protection.

25 years of the Porsche Boxster The mid-engine is one of Porsche's successful technical concepts for series and racing vehicles. The 550 and 718 racing cars use this engine configuration, as did the 914 later. The mid-engine has been firmly anchored in the Porsche Boxster model range for almost 25 years.
