FAQ about guided factory tours
Can I book a guided tour on the day of my visit?
No, unfortunately the system cannot accommodate requests at short notice for the same day. However, you can ask at the ticket counter whether there are still free places on our open museum tours.
Can I spontaneously join a guided tour?
You can join a guided tour according to availability. However, this only applies to the public museum tour. For all other guided tours in the museum or in the factory, you must book an appointment on our website, prior to you visit.
Are there guided tours for children?
Yes, in the museum we offer guided tours specially designed for children. You can find all the offers for children on the Porsche 4Kids page. The tour options and information about children's birthday parties at the Porsche Museum are listed there.
Are walkways in the museum or on museum tours barrier-free?
The Porsche Museum is barrier-free. Two lifts take you to all exhibition levels. The entire exhibition can be visited without steps. Please feel free to send us an e-mail for further information.
