The instrument cluster with the three round instruments (typical of the 718) and central rev counter provide the driver with all the information they need fast. The dial faces are black, the needles and increment markings are white, as are the analogue and digital stopwatch of the Chrono Package on the dashboard. The centre of the rev counter features the ‘Spyder’ logo. The elevated centre console ensures a short path from the motorsport-typical GT sports steering wheel to the PDK gear lever and back–nothing to distract from pure driving.
Another highlight is black interior with the dashboard trim strips and the centre console are painted in the exterior colour. A leather interior with extensive leather, stitching and Race-Tex items is optionally available. Visual highlight: the door trim strips painted in the exterior colour. In conjunction with the leather interior, packages with decorative stitching can create contrast in the interior, upon request. They are available in silver colour, red or yellow and also include the ‘Spyder’ logo on the headrests as well as the optional door pull loops. The seat belts can also be in matching colours if desired.
Starting with the specific two-tone look in Bordeaux Red and black. In contrast: extended items in black Race-Tex as in motorsport. The trim strips painted in GT Silver Metallic contour the expressive colour combination with simple elegance, and are reminiscent of the style of historical race cars.
The two-tone leather interior in Bordeaux Red/Black gives the inside of the vehicle an especially unique character. The additional Race-Tex features on the door panels and the centre console storage compartment lid add a high-quality look and feel to the passenger compartment of the 718 Spyder. The seat centres are finished in black Race-Tex and the headrests and side bolsters are finished in Bordeaux Red leather. The trims painted in GT Silver Metallic create a striking but high-quality contrast with the two-tone leather interior. A two-tone hood in red/black is now also available to match the Spyder Classic interior package, allowing the colour scheme to also be reflected consistently in the exterior design.
