No, unfortunately the system cannot accommodate requests at short notice for the same day. However, you can ask at the ticket counter whether there are still free places on our open guided tours. You can join a guided tour according to availability. However, this only applies to the public factory tours. For all other guided tours in the factory or in the museum, you must book an appointment on our website.
Factory tours generally take place from Monday to Friday. They are not offered on public holidays, school holidays and weekends. Due to historical structures, the guided tours in the factory are only barrier-free to a limited extent. The regular walking route is approx. 3 km long including some stairs. Please feel free to email us for further information.
