Exciting Advent offers for families in the Porsche Museum
The sun will soon be setting in the afternoon and the days will be growing shorter – which means the Advent season is just around the corner. For many, Christmas means spending time with family and enjoying the opportunity to be creative while unwinding over the festive season in each other’s company. The Porsche 4Family activity programme at the Porsche Museum promises all this and is perfect for anyone with children aged eight to 13. “We’re looking forward to being able to offer children and adults the gift of unforgettable moments as a family,” says Achim Stejskal, Head of Porsche Heritage and Museum. “Spending Sundays during Advent in our museum is the best way to forget the daily grind while watching children’s eyes light up with delight.”
Special exhibition „Spirit of Carrera RS“
The Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7 is an undisputed icon of automotive his-tory, unique and unforgettable. Fifty years after its world premiere, the Porsche Museum is honouring it with a special exhibition, “Spirit of Carrera RS”. Starting on 20 September 2022, the Porscheplatz in Zuffenhausen will be all about the “ducktail”, “RS” or “2.7”, as the sports car is known among Porsche enthusiasts. The special exhibition will be integrated into the normal exhibition until 18 December 2022.
30 years of Porsche Supercup
The Porsche Supercup has been one of the best-known and toughest customer racing series in the world for 30 years. To drive the new 911 GT3 Cup on legendary circuits such as Monte Carlo or Silverstone in the run-up to Formula One races is a dream-come-true for many racers. The organisers of this one-make series have decided to mark this special anniversary with a treat for themselves. A selection of the most important vehicles will be on display in a special show at the Porsche Museum until 28 August 2022.
New addition to the permanent exhibition
It is a strongly held belief in the Porsche Heritage and Museum department, that no two visits to the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen should be the same. This means that the exhibition is continually being updated and made more interactive. In recent months, the team has been working hard on the prologue, which provides an introduction to the exhibition. The moment visitors reach the top of the famous long escalator, with its special view into the company’s archive library, they embark upon a thrilling journey through time.

Porsche Sound Night 2021
After a two-year break, a purely digital version of the popular format took place for the first time on 18 September 2021 with the Porsche Sound Night "Next Level". On this day, the Porsche Museum started the engines of 20 selected racing and production vehicles. Brand ambassadors and distinguished representatives made the four-wheeled sound artists in the Porsche Museum and on the race track at the Weissach Development Centre roar and resound.
