We are currently not offering any Zuffenhausen historic walk tours, we will inform you here as soon as they are available again.

Due to high demand for private guided factory and museum tours, we are unfortunately no longer able to accept enquiries for 2022. Enquiries for private group tours can be made from January 2023. Open visitor tours (up to a maximum of 5 people) can still be booked depending on availability.

Individual museum tour

Discover the company’s history with all its milestones from its beginnings to the present day in an approximately one-hour guided tour of the Porsche Museum that is tailored to your individual wishes. Of course you can choose another language besides German or English. We will be happy to check whether a guide can lead you through our exhibition in your preferred language on this day.

Public museum tour

We offer one-hour tours at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. – depending on demand. Together with other visitors, we will give you an insight into the company‘s history – from ist beginnings to the present day. Registration takes place at the museum ticket counter. The first visitor can choose the guide language, if it is available.

Accompany us on a journey through time along historical and modern buildings from our more than 80-year old history. Find out how the Zuffenhausen site developed from a design office to one of the most modern automobile plants in the world. Using historical images and documents from the company archive, we will show you the change and growth of our production facility, without entering the buildings. Of course you can choose another language besides German or English. We will be happy to check whether a guide can lead in your preferred language on this day.

Offers for children and schoolparties

How far in advance should I book a guided tour?

We recommend booking a museum tour at least three to four weeks before your planned visit with our booking management. To do this, please send us an email stating the tour you would like, your full contact details with address, telephone number and your preferred date to info.museum@porsche.de for museum tours or factorytours@porsche.de for factory tours.

 

Can I book a guided tour on the day of my visit?

No, unfortunately the system cannot accommodate requests at short notice for the same day. However, you can ask at the ticket desk if there are any free places on our open museum tours.

 

Can I spontaneously join a guided tour?

Yes, you can join a guided tour depending on availability. However, this only applies to the open museum tour. For all other guided tours in the museum or in the factory, you must make an appointment with our booking management.

 

Are there museum tours for children?

Yes, in the museum we offer guided tours specially designed for children. All offers for children can be found on the Porsche 4Kids page. The tour options and also information about children's birthday parties at the Porsche Museum are listed there.

 

Are walkways in the museum or on museum tours barrier-free?

The Porsche Museum is barrier-free. Two lifts take you to all exhibition levels. The entire exhibition can be visited without taking any stairs. Please feel free to send us an e-mail for further information.
