Porsche is looking for you - as young talent who wants to actively help shape the transformation to our digital future as a customer- and data-centric company. Together, we want to network vehicles, infrastructure, apps and digital services even better in order to make our product range a unique and premium experience. In order to find the best talents, we are looking for interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary candidates in the tech sector.
We are looking for people with technical affinity in the field of Tech/IT, completed university studies, initial experience in the aforementioned competence areas and first practical experience (e.g. through practical assignments or internships). If you feel at home in one of the competence fields, are enthusiastic about new innovations and ready for future technologies, then we should get to know each other.
The field of assignment will be searched and selected together and based on your competence profile. This can be in Sales & Marketing, Human Resources & Social Services, Procurement, Research & Development, Finance & IT or Production & Logistics. We believe that everyone can profitably contribute their personal strengths and competencies to the organization.
You can join us at any time via the graduate initiative "Porsche Tech Talents" - there is no fixed start date and you can apply at any time. After a multi-stage selection process, we look forward to welcoming you at Porsche.
Based on your application, we check in which areas an assignment is possible. Together with the specialist departments, we look for the perfect match to offer you an exciting environment and the greatest possible added value for the company.
The initiative runs for two years and we make sure that you are well prepared for your future assignments. During these two years you can plan several assignments in interface areas. The exact arrangement will depend on your interests, competencies and area of assignment. Hereby we want to make sure that you get a broad and deep insight into your area of competence.
A Porsche manager will be available to you at all times during your assignments and will support you in your professional and personal development. In addition, we will support you for two years as part of our training and coaching program.
When does the initiative start?
The initiative starts immediately and runs continuously. We are constantly looking for the best talents. There is application deadline.

We are constantly looking for the best talents. It is possible that the application for individual jobs is temporarily not available. Applying for these jobs will be possible again soon.
In which department do I support?
We will review your application and work with you to find a suitable department based on your skills profile. This could be in Sales & Marketing, Human Resources & Social Services, Procurement, Research & Development, Finance & IT or Production & Logistics.
How do you select the candidates?
After receiving your application, we conduct a short, virtual meeting with you to get to know each other. If both sides are convinced, we will then invite you to a personal interview.
What does the initiative look like in concrete terms?
You will be deployed directly in your target area, i.e. from your first day at Porsche you will support your team by applying and expanding your knowledge in a practical way. Over the duration of the initiative, you can carry out different assignments over several weeks in related departments. In this way, you learn early to think outside the box, to network with other colleagues and to get to know other departments.
Is a foreign assignment possible?
As a matter of principle, no deployment abroad is envisaged under the initiative.
Is there the possibility of mobile working?
Our company agreements allow mobile working for a maximum of 12 days per month -if your job permits mobile working.
