Repair expertise

In the best hands.

A Porsche is unlike any other car, and that's why service at Porsche is unlike any other service. Our technicians are committed to the crest and everything it stands for — just as your Porsche is the result of decades of sports car development. With every Porsche innovation comes new ways of maintaining it, which means new information, new tools, and new training for our technicians. They are always perfectly prepared, correctly equipped, and ready to provide that extra level of care.

This is why your Porsche Centre is where your vehicle will be in the best hands. It’s where you will find people who care about your Porsche as much as you do, and people who take as much pride in servicing it as you do in driving it.

Genuine body repair for genuine performance.

Lightweight construction expertise since day one.

Porsche represents the pinnacle of automotive performance. Since 1948, we have dedicated ourselves to perfecting the sports car. The very first Porsche, the 356/1, featured a pioneering weight-saving aluminium body.

Weight reduction — especially in the bodyshell — has always been integral to our vehicle philosophy. A lightweight construction and optimized weight distribution allows for enhanced acceleration, driving dynamics, stability, and braking performance. The result is a purer driving experience and optimal performance.

Specialized bodywork for greater dynamics.

In order to continually refine the legendary Porsche feeling, we are constantly improving each individual vehicle component with a view to series production. We use highly specialized multi-material mix bodies to optimise driving dynamics, performance, and safety.
These multi-material mix bodies consist of a variety of different high-tech materials – including carbon fibre-reinforced plastics (CFRP) – that are able to withstand the local stresses with as little weight as possible. The weight savings are considerable: the body of the current 911 (model 992), for example, weighs around 7% less than that of its predecessor.

Enhancing vehicle performance comes with the demand for precision in body repairs. Advanced materials and bonding processes make repairs more intricate, requiring specialized diagnostics and techniques. Multi-material bodyshells must be digitally measured to exacting tolerances and repaired using specialized tools by highly trained technicians following stringent procedures. To maintain structural integrity, safety, and value, only Porsche Genuine Parts should be used — ensuring your Porsche remains true to its original design.

As such, we recommend having body repairs on Porsche vehicles performed with multi-material technology. Our technicians undergo continuous training in specialized tools and model-specific repair processes. With years of experience and a deep understanding of your vehicle, they ensure your Porsche remains true to its original condition.

Our standard: The Porsche standard.

Porsche repair quality means all work follows precise, model-specific procedures using only Porsche Genuine Parts. This ensures the value, integrity, and driving characteristics of your Porsche are preserved — delivering the standard of excellence you expect.

Precise to the millimetre: our measuring and repair technology.

Our workshops use state-of-the-art equipment, including an electronic measuring system for precise diagnosis of minor to medium damage. This enables us to detect even the tiniest cracks and invisible defects in the bodywork, with a measuring tolerance of +/- 1 mm.

Optimally trained: our technical teams.

At Porsche, we are comitted to the continuous further development of our employees, both through training programmes for qualified body technicians and through comprehensive process documentation. The training programmes cover new material and joining techniques such as clinching, bonding and punching, as well as new diagnostic procedures. For your safety, convenience, and driving pleasure.

Porsche Centre E-Performance Servicing

E-Performance sets new standards in electromobility. For example, using an innovative high-voltage lithium-ion battery allows individual modules to be changed instead of completely replacing the battery – saving money and resources.

This technology demands advanced competencies, new diagnostic and repair methods, and specialized skills within our service department. Technicians at our Porsche Centres are experts in all electric and electronic components of the vehicle, plug-in hybrid technology, electronic engine management, and charging infrastructure.

Personal E-Performance advice

Alongside the development of a growing nationwide charging network, Porsche offers E-Performance customers important information and valuable tips on charging infrastructure and power supply. From the “Home Check” – the basis for an individual charging solution – to the installation of the necessary charging equipment, Porsche offers tailored solutions as part of the Porsche Centre’s premium service concept.

Your Porsche Centre has the expertise, technology, and passion to prepare you and your Porsche for the future.

Dynamic Repair – efficiency and effectiveness.

Repairing a Porsche while preserving the integrity of its unique characteristics requires expertise, the right materials and tools, and skilled technicians. Dynamic repair offers all of this, quickly and cost-effectively, for a wide range of minor repairs.

Glass Repair
Windshield chips can be repaired using a vacuum pump, while minor scratches on rear and side windows can often be polished out.

Paint and Dent Repair
Dynamic repair techniques allow for the treatment of damaged areas without part removal or damage to the paintwork. Parking dents and hail damage, for example, can be removed using special levers. Even major dents can be restored to their original state with our dent removal systems. Carnauba waxes from Porsche Tequipment can also be used to seal and protect the paint.

Alloy Wheel Refurbishment
Superficial paint damage to alloy wheels can be successfully repaired. However, for safety reasons, wheels with damage to the rim's edge should be replaced.

Interior Repair
Wear and tear scuffs, cracks, scratches, and burn holes on plastic and leather components can often be repaired, depending on the extent of the damage and its location. For instance, repairs are more feasible in areas not subject to heavy wear or near seams.
