Porsche Cars Canada appoints new Director, Legal and CompliancePaula Kelly succeeds Arthur Bode who retired this month
Toronto. Porsche Cars Canada, Ltd. (PCL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Paula Kelly as its Director, Legal and Compliance, effective June 1, 2020. She is taking over from Arthur Bode who has retired this month after spending six years with the brand as its Legal Counsel.
“Paula’s impressive resume, abilities, and knowledge of the brand make for a sensational addition to the team,” said Marc Ouayoun, President & CEO, Porsche Cars Canada, Ltd. “I would also like to thank Arthur Bode for his years of dedicated service and wish him well on his retirement.”

Kelly’s career with the brand started in November 2007. She has held the positions of Deputy General Counsel for Porsche Cars North America (PCNA) as well as the General Counsel for Porsche Business Services (PBS), Porsche Motorsports North America (PMNA), Porsche Latin America (PLA), Porsche Financial Services, and Porsche Financial Services Canada (PFSC). Before joining Porsche, Kelly held various positions in the legal department of Ford Motor Company in Michigan. Kelly graduated with Honors from Wayne State University Law School and has a B.A. in Political Science from Marquette University.
