Enables the traveler to maintain an electronic logging function that independently records all relevant data, reducing the need for user input. Operated via the PCM onscreen control menu, PCM software that can be used to evaluate the data at a later date is included. Data is exported via the PCM's infrared interface.

For vehicles with PCM, data updated for MY05, the navigation update part no. 955 044 900 08 is additionally required.
