Ludwigsburg. With a record turnover of €153 million in 2013, MHP is again looking back on a very successful financial year. The process and IT consultancy firm thus achieved global consolidated turnover of over €150 million for the first time in its history. The lion's share of total income came once again from consultancy services provided to clients from the automotive sector - MHP's core business. Being a future-oriented, attractive employer, the continually growing employee numbers and recruiting skilled specialists is a central component of the Porsche subsidiary's strategy. Since it was founded in 1996, MHP has increased employees numbers every year and since the start of 2010 has more than doubled the size of its workforce. At the end of 2013 the number of people employed at MHP was 937 (end of 2012: 821) - now it has exceeded the 1,000-mark.
Dr. Ralf Hofmann, CEO of MHP: "We are successfully continuing to develop our business, systematically expanding our range of services and opening new sites around the world. This is reflected not least in the key performance indicators. In the 2013 business year we again significantly increased our bottom line and we are confident that we will continue on this path of growth in 2014 as well." MHP hopes that one contributory factor in this will be further internationalisation. Last year, for instance, the Porsche subsidiary opened a new site in Shanghai (China). In early 2014 another followed in Cluj-Napoca (Romania). Currently MHP is represented on the international consultancy market in five countries (Germany, Switzerland, the USA, China and Romania).
Offering a unique symbiosis of process and IT consultancy, MHP has established itself as a leading process provider. This is shown by numerous studies, league ta-bles and surveys - with top positions in the ratings lists of the German-language magazines 'Wirtschaftswoche', 'Automobilwoche' and 'automotiveIT' - and by success in a number of prestigious competitions. MHP emerged, for instance, as the winners of the 'SAP HANA Partner Race'. Last year, for the third year in a row, the Porsche subsidiary received the 'Best of Consulting' title from 'Wirtschaftswoche'. On Monday (31st March), MHP also received from a jury made up of business editors and editors in chief the 'Business-to-Business Service Award 2014' in the 'Performance' category.
MHP (Mieschke Hofmann und Partner) is a leading process and IT consultancy, above all for the automotive market, and a subsidiary of Porsche AG. Offering a symbiosis of process and IT consultancy, MHP acts as a process provider, optimising clients' processes along the entire value creation chain. From sites in Ludwigsburg (2), Walldorf, Munich, Nuremberg, Essen, Wolfsburg and Berlin in Germany, Zurich (Switzerland), Atlanta (USA), Shanghai (China) and Cluj-Napoca (Romania) more than 1,000 employees currently advise and support over 250 clients around the world. The MHP philosophy: excellence.
