Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG issues securities in which trading on an organized market is licensed, and according to § 10 Para. 1 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG) is required to make a document (known as the "Annual Document") available to the general public at least once a year.

Column 3 of the table indicates where the information was published or where it was made available to and can be viewed by the public.
