The latest engine technology developed to reduce environmental impact has a name: hybrid. The combination of combustion engine and electric motor clearly reduces fuel consumption, but not all hybrids are the same. Porsche has opted for a particularly efficient, technically sophisticated concept which has never been implemented before: the parallel full hybrid.

In the future, we will offer a Cayenne featuring a V6 engine with this drive concept. The aim is that the Cayenne S Hybrid will achieve fuel consumption of 31 mpg, which corresponds to CO2 emissions of less than 210 g/km.* The Panamera will also be offered with hybrid technology.
