‘Get race fit’Make sure you are ‘race fit’ for the 2010 season! The Porsche Human Performance Centre, Silverstone is a state of the art facility which includes a sports science laboratory designed for the assessment and training of racing drivers. It is run by a team of experts with vast experience working with drivers at all levels of motor sport up to and including Formula 1. Join the team for a day of physiological testing, training and seminars. There will also be a talk by Red Bull Formula 1 driver Mark Webber & Moto GP motor cyclist Bradley Smith. £149 per driver including a buffet lunch. |
