Porsche Club Singapore's newest committeePorsche Club Singapore 2010
Porsche Club Singapore (PCS) is pleased to present its new committee for 2010. PCS is managed on a daily basis by its 17-person committee who are responsible for organizing various events throughout the year for Porsche enthusiasts.
The Porsche Motoring Club was formed in 1988 by a small group of Porsche enthusiasts who were keen to participate in organised Porsche driving activities. With an initial membership of about 20, Club activities were informal and mainly involved Sunday morning breakfast drives around the island.
A decade later, the Club was renamed Porsche Club when it was officially recognised as an affiliate of Porsche AG. Today, membership stands at 200 strong and continues to grow each year. The Club organises many regular activities ranging from motoring to social and charity events, catering to its members’ diverse interests, with a focus on giving back to society. The highlight of the Porsche Club calendar is the Andaman Drive, which will be taking place this year from 24 – 30 June 2010.
