Meet the group at the Porsche facility in Leipzig in the northwest of Saxony. Collect your vehicle, a left-hand drive naturally, and head south for Chemnitz, about 70 km (44 miles) away on the northern edge of the Erzgebirge mountains. Stop for lunch before continuing your tour along a magnificent stretch of road to Hartenstein and your destination for the night: the Hotel Schloss Wolfsbrunn, an Art Nouveau-style building that was lovingly restored in 1998. Upon arrival at this five-star hotel, you will be greeted with a drinks reception followed by a gourmet dinner.

On day two, you’ll set off for the exhilarating drive along some spectacular roads to the southern Erzgebirge. Break for lunch in the heart of the mountains before completing the return journey to Leipzig, the captivating cosmopolitan city and trade-fair venue where the Porsche Cayenne is produced.
