In 1994 and 1996 Porsche AG voluntarily subjected their production centre at Zuffenhausen to testing and certification by independent appraisers in accordance with the European Environmental Audit Ordinance EU 1883/93. Porsche AG was one of the first companies to be entered into the register of tested operating facilities of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for the Region of Stuttgart. Our published environmental declaration records environmental aims and programs for the reduction of waste, waste water, emissions levels and energy consumption up to 1999.
