Porsche Environmental Statement 2011 wins the gold medal at the Vision Awards
Stuttgart/San Diego. The Porsche Environmental Statement 2011 by Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG has been awarded a gold medal within the framework of this year's Vision Awards in the U.S. The Stuttgart-based sports car maker received the gold medal at the award ceremony in San Diego for its “Aktiv für die Umwelt (Active for the Environment)” magazine.
The Vision Award is a prize regularly granted by the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) in San Diego, California. The LACP is an organisation for the support, recognition and promotion of professional communication and PR.
The LACP panel of judges deemed Porsche's Environmental Statement 2011 an outstanding example of compelling corporate communication. The focus of the assessment was on the categories of design, style, clarity, user-friendliness and accessibility, which were rated as outstanding in the publication by Porsche.
In the Porsche Environmental Statement, the company presents its broad responsibilities for the Zuffenhausen location and highlights principled positions on the topic of sports car production and the environment. At the same time, the relation between the economic sphere and ecology as well as the “Porsche Intelligent Performance” environmental management system are illuminated therein.
