Porsche Automobil Holding SE sets the first BenchmarkDr. Wolfgang Porsche Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Uwe Hück Deputy Chairman

Stuttgart. The Supervisory Board of Porsche Automobil Holding SE, Stuttgart, met on 24 and 25 July for its constitutive sessions. The Board appointed Dr. Wolfgang Porsche (64) to the position of Chairman, his Deputy is Porsche’s Chairman of the Supreme Works Council Uwe Hück (45). Wolfgang Porsche is an owning partner of the Company and also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart, the then wholly-owned subsidiary of Porsche Automobil Holding SE. Uwe Hück is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Porsche AG.

The first decision taken by the Supervisory Board of Porsche Automobil Holding SE was to appoint Dr. Wendelin Wiedeking (54) to the position of Chairman of the Board of Management of Porsche Automobil Holding. Holger P. Härter (51) was appointed Deputy Chairman of the board, and is also Chief Financial Officer in charge of the Financial Division. Both gentlemen will retain their functions with Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG.

The representatives of the capital side of the twelve-member Supervisory Board of Porsche Automobil Holding SE are the same as the representatives of the capital side on the Supervisory Board of
Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG. The Supervisory Board members representing the employees’ side are Uwe Hück, as mentioned, Werner Weresch (Works Council Zuffenhausen/Ludwigsburg), Walter Uhl (Works Council Weissach), Wolfgang Leimgruber (Representative of Senior Managers of Porsche AG) as well as Hans Baur and Hansjörg Schmierer (both of the IG Metall Metalworkers Union in Stuttgart).
