The Porsche Mobil1 Supercup race calendar is once again complete. On the Yas Marina Circuit, the ultra-modern Grand Prix track in Abu Dhabi, the world’s fastest international one-make series contests rounds ten and eleven on the 12th and 13th of November – replacing the two races in Bahrain that were cancelled last March.
“Our teams look forward to returning to Abu Dhabi,” says Uwe Brettel, Head of Motorsport Sales at Porsche. “And we can offer our partners and sponsors a real highlight to conclude an exciting and interesting season.”
The Porsche Mobil1 Supercup has already visited the capital of the United Arab Emirates for its final race back in 2009. On the newly-opened Grand Prix circuit, René Rast won the first race. Jeroen Bleekemolen, already crowned as champion, clinched victory at race two.
